NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Town of Brookfield Planning Board
Brookfield Town Office Building, 267 Wentworth Road, Brookfield, NH 03872, on January 22, 2024, at 7:00 PM the Planning Board will conduct two public hearings.
(1) To amend the Zoning Ordinance to the following proposals: (1) RA-1, 2a: minimum lot size; (2) RA-1, 2c: road frontage; (3) New amendment: solar energy systems ordinance; (4) Cititzens petition warrant article RA-1, 2c: Lots located on Class VI roads.
(2) To amend Subdivision Regulations (RSA 675.6)
Documents detailing the proposed changes to the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations will be on display at the Brookfield Town Office during regular business hours.
