Town Clerk Software Updates

Beginning on June 12th, the Town Clerk's office will begin upgrading the computer software for DMV transactions, as well as other services.

We will transition to a single check payment, then go live with the new consolidated program for all services on Monday, June 19th.  There will be a vendor trainer on-site to educate/support the Clerk during customer business on June 19th.

We sincerely appreciate your patience as we learn the new process together and hope to minimize any disruptions to our service.  There may be a short-term interruption to the on-line system during the conversion.

What you can expect as of June 19th:

• Only a single check will be required for the Town of Brookfield (the State of NH fees will be incorporated into the single check).
• Credit cards/debit cards will be accepted in the ONLINE E-registration portal (only) on the Brookfield website for renewals.
• More efficient multiple transactions.
• Improved accuracy and maintenance of transaction records.
• Opportunity explore additional service options, including possible over-the-counter use credit cards.
