Town of Brookfield Office Assistant Opening

We are looking for a part-time Office Assistant to help with the running of the Brookfield Town Office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Manage town documents
  • Update the town website with meetings, documents, and staff
  • Monitor level of supplies and order replacement material
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Coordinate IT and Telecommunications issue resolutions
