Class Description:
This will be an All Levels Yoga class with personalized modifications taught in
the Hatha style. Each person will have the opportunity to do more – or less – or
not at all for all of the poses in the class. We will work from the floor, enjoying a
deep warm up of the spine, hips, shoulders and major muscle groups in
accessible poses. Cranky knees and hips love it too! Everyone is encouraged to
get into their skin, do what they can and enjoy the sweetness of breath and
motion.

  • Bring a yoga mat if you have one. Limited mats will be available.
  • Yoga clothing not required! Wear loose comfortable clothing. Layers are helpful.
  • Optional props: Block, strap, wrist/knee cushion, blankie, pillow.
  • Invite your friends!
