ZBA Public Hearing and Site Visit

The Brookfield ZBA will conduct a Site Visit and Public hearing pursuant to an Appeal to the ZBA for a Variance on Map 18, lot 4E - Curries Way. The requested vairiance is for Article II - 3-A-3-D - the requiremnet for a setback of 75 feet from seasonal wet lands.
A site visit will be conducted on Nov 13, 2019 at 4pm at the property
A Public Hearing will be held on Nov 13th, 2019 at 6pm at the Town Office Building.
