Conservation Commission special meeting Notice

Meeting Notice:  The Brookfield Conservation Commission will hold a special meeting on Saturday June 3rd at 10:00am.  The location will be the parking lot on Cottle Hill Rd at the entrance of the Town Preserve.  It is estimated this meeting will last approximately 2 hrs.

The purpose of this meeting is to walk the trails in the Preserve and to introduce it to our new members.  We will go as far as the Rail-Trail connecting path.  We will be discussing possible projects to enhance public use of the Preserve, the next possible timber cut in the Preserve, and encouraging habitat.  

Please wear appropriate clothing and most importantly bug spray - ticks are out!
