The Trustees of Trust Funds hold, invest, and dispense all capital reserve funds and expendable trust funds of the Town of Brookfield as directed by vote at Town Meetings. They also hold, invest, and dispense private funds donated in trust for public purposes established or accepted by the Town.
Trustees of Trust Funds act in accordance with RSAs 31, 35 & 289 under guidance of the Attorney General Charitable Trusts Division.
