TOWN OF BROOKFIELD, PLANNING BOARD AGENDA

August 13, 2007 Meeting

7 PM, Town Offices, Route 109, Brookfield

1.Call to Order

2. Roll Call: Members, Alternates. Appointment of alternates.

3. Minutes of July 9 and 23, 2007 review and possible approval.

4. Presentation: PSNH tree trim and brush removal scenic road Tumbledown Dick, public hearing request August/September meetings, for possible cut in September 2007. Additional Lyford Road cut in Spring 2008 discussion.

5. Old Business: Strafford Regional Planning Commission proposal to develop Conservation Overlay District Ordinance incorporating larger lot sizes based on natural resources. Map available at town offices. Grant of funds to cover 50% of costs approved by NH Coastal Program per July 24, 2007 grant request. Approval by Board and direction to proceed needed. This Ordinance would be placed on the March 2008 ballot for approval by the voters.

6. Old Business: Welton subdivision, Route 109, Brookfield. Presentation of requested material including Norway Plains report on roads. Applicant ready to meet with Board concerning "finalizing the approval of the amended plan". Public hearing notice and dates.

7. Old Business: Subdivision Regulations, additional proposed language to June 27, 2007 draft of revisions. Dates for public hearings. Application procedures and costs.

8. Society for Protection of New Hampshire Forests, charette regarding Moose Mountain?

9. Public Comments

10. New Business: Status of Lot Line Adjustment, Route 109, Tom Hayes.

11. New Business: Update to Site Plan Review regulations

12. New Business: Zoning Ordinance issues: Revisions to non conforming use, home occupation language, architectural standards?

13. Administrative matters: PO Box no more. Board budget. Correspondence.

14. Any other business that may come before the Board.

15. Adjournment
