Planning Board Offices are open from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM before the meeting

 

  1.  6:30PM  Call to Order

    2.  Roll Call:  Members, Alternates.  Appointment of alternates.  Per RSA 673:11, 673:12

   3.  Review minutes of  04/14/08 meeting and possible approval. 

   4.  Public Comments (opportunities for comments from the public will also be provided at the time a matter is discussed, by a show of hand and recognition by the Chair, as long as doing so will not disrupt the meeting)

   5.  Old Business

       a.  Review of Amended Zoning Ordinance for placement in binder

       b.  Review of Item #2 on list – Planning Board Rules of Procedure (continuation)

       c.  Review of Item #3 on list – Site Plan Review Regulations (only if Item #2 is completed)

       d.  Continuing discussion of Elderly Housing

       e.  Welton Subdivision Update

  Notice of public hearings may be published in either the Granite State News or Fosters Daily Democrat.  Public Notices shall be posted on the bulletin boards located at Stoneham Corners (Stoneham Road and Garney Road) and the Town Office Building.
