1.  7PM  Call to Order

2.  Roll Call:  Members, Alternates.  Appointment of alternates.  Per RSA 673:11, 673:12

3.  Public Comments (opportunities for comments from the public will also be provided at the time a matter is discussed, by a show of hand and recognition by the Chair, as long as doing so will not disrupt the meeting)

4.  Election of new officers.

5.  Review minutes of  02/25/08 meeting and possible approval. 

6.  Board member comments, administration

7.  Old Business:

            A.  Bennett/McWhirter Drew Farm subdivision update.

            B.   Welton Approval of 3 Voluntary Lot Mergers     

            C.  Update on town workshops

8.  Any other business that may come before the Board.

9.  Adjournment

 Notice of public hearings may be published in either the Granite State News or Fosters Daily Democrat.  Public Notices shall be posted on the bulletin boards located at Stoneham Corners (Stoneham Road and Garney Road) and the Town Office Building.
