Public Hearing 7 PM
Final approval of subdivision application on behalf of Bennett &
McWhirter, LLC as approved by the Brookfield Planning Board on August
14, 1989.
A Public Hearing will be held at the Brookfield Town Office
Building, Route 109, Brookfield, NH 03872, on Monday, February
25, 2008, at 7 PM on FINAL APPROVAL of the subdivision application
for the Drew Farm/Welton Subdivision by Bennett
& McWhirter, LLC, for property located
on Route 109, Brookfield, NH and shown on Tax Map 18 Lot 4, Lots 4A
through 4Q and road (4R).
Should a decision to grant final approval not be reached at the
Public Hearing, the hearing may be continued to subsequent planning
board meetings on March 24, 2008 or April 14, 2008, at the
Brookfield Town Office Building at 7 PM, and this application will stay
on the Planning Board agenda until such time as it is either approved or
disapproved. Anyone needing assistance to attend this meeting or for
further information, should contact the Planning Board at 522-3969. (per
notice posted Feb. 11, 2008)
(The application is available for inspection at the Brookfield Town
Offices, in the Planning Board room. The Town Offices are open every
Monday from 1 PM to 8 PM, and every Tuesday from 8:30 AM to 1 PM. For
additional available times, please contact the Planning Board Chair or
Secretary.)

2. Roll Call: Members, Alternates. Appointment of alternates. Per RSA
673:11, 673:12
3. Public Comments (opportunities for comments from the public will
also be provided at the time a matter is discussed, by a show of hand
and recognition by the Chair, as long as doing so will not disrupt the
meeting)
4. Public Hearing: Final Approval Drew Farm/Welton Subdivision, as
above.
5. Close Public Hearing, planning board review, discussion, possible
action/vote on final approval of application.
6. Review minutes of February 11, 2008 review and possible approval.
7. Old Business:
A. Moose Mountain Ski area, Moose Mountain Road, Brookfield: Site
Plan Review and Subdivision Regulations sent to Mr. Bob Bourdeau,
shortly after the Feb. 11, 2008 meeting per request of Mr. Bourdeau.
B. Date of next planning board meeting, town meeting conflict.
6. Board member comments, administration.
7. Any other business that may come before the Board.
8. Adjournment

State News or Fosters Daily Democrat. Public Notices shall be posted on
the bulletin boards located at Stoneham Corners (Stoneham Road and
