dates of public hearings, in-law apartments.

2. Roll Call: Members, Alternates. Appointment of alternates.
3. Minutes of Sept. 10 and 24, 2007 review and possible approval.
4. PUBLIC HEARING: Amendments to Subdivision Regulations.
Amendments at Town Offices for review.
5. Public hearing ended.
6. Old Business:
A. Drew Farm/Welton Subdivision Route 109, Brookfield: Engineer from
Norway Plains to visit subdivision site possibly Tuesday Oct. 23, 2007
to review work to road. Norway Plains will submit certification and
report if road complies with Town standards for a November
meeting.
B. Subdivision regulations, possible vote on revisions.
C. Elderly housing in Brookfield? Update on research and notice of: A
joint working session with members of Wakefield and Wolfeboro planning
boards is scheduled for Oct. 30, 2007 at the Wakefield Opera House.
Experts present to answer questions: Human Rights Commission and Ben
Frost of NH Housing and Finance Authority.

B. Agri Tourism subcommittee report.

State News or Fosters Daily Democrat. Public Notices shall be posted on
the bulletin boards located at Stoneham Corners (Stoneham Road and
