2.  Roll Call:  Members, Alternates.  Appointment of alternates. 

3.  Minutes of Sept. 10, 2007 review and possible approval.

4.  PUBLIC HEARING:  Amendments to Subdivision Regulations.  Amendments at Town Offices for review.

5.  Welton Subdivision Route 109, Brookfield.  Status update presentation by applicant.

6.  Constraint Map Analysis from SRPC discussion.

7.  Public Comments

8.  Old Business:

a)  55 plus elderly housing in Brookfield.  Anyone wish to be included in information gathering/distribution on the pros and cons of a 55 plus zoning ordinance amendment?

b)  Amend the zoning ordinance summary sheet

c)  The amended and State reviewed Flood Plain Ordinance, everyone on board?

9.  Any other business that may come before the Board.

10.  Adjournment
