Strafford Regional Planning Commission Planner Julie Labranche will be present for discussion re: Zoning Ordinance amendments pertaining to lot sizes, minimum 2 acre language and possibly larger lot sizes in Brookfield.

Public Comments

Welton subdivision, status of requests for revised site plan, and engineering report.

Subdivision regulations amendments (working draft is on display in town offices) a) minimum lot sizes section under review (awaiting zoning ordinance amendment) b) inclusion of language to allow for consultant review of major subdivision applications (memo created by consultant for PB to aid oversight for both board and applicant) c) Subdivision regulations (of a certain size) be required to have an underground storage tank for  water (fire protection), including easement to maintain (plowing out, etc.)?

Site Plan Review Amendments (if possible, a base draft will be provided prior to the meeting)

Home Occupation language in the Zoning Ordinance. Update? Utilize Planner? Timing of when to address.

Administrative matters: a) budget, b) correspondence/contact, c) filing d) amendments to rules and procedures
