        Subdivision Application of Hunter/MacMahon. Hearing continued from meeting of April 23, 2007 when application was conditionally approved. Requested addition to the plat indicating location of burial ground. Amended plat has been submitted and will be reviewed for possible action by the Board.

        Site visit dates re: Welton Subdivision. Status update.

        Report on legality of posting Town only residents on a public beach in Brookfield.

        Steep Slope Overlay Ordinance and Ridge Line Protection, model ordinance to be distributed.

        Continued from meeting of April 23rd, 2007, amendments to Subdivision Regulations. Proposed revisions attached.
