1. An "Agritourism Event" in Brookfield is
defined as a planned event that is above and
beyond normal operations of the agricultural
enterprise where one or more of the following
conditions are true:
i. Attendance in excess of 50 people
is anticipated
ii. It is advertised as an event not
part of normal farmoperations
iii. Live music is performed as part
of the event
iv. Prepared food, not part of normal
operations, is served such as a catered
meal.
v. An admission fee is charged.
2. Making overnight stays is not allowed
unless permitted elsewhere in this zoning
ordinance.
3. Agritourism Events may not exceed a
planned attendance of more than 299 individuals.
4. All applicable Town, State and Federal
fire, safety, health, and bio-safety regulations
will be met.
5. A proposed Agritourism Event needs to be
brought to the Selectmen prior to the event.
Selectmen will set the appropriate
administrative procedures for such Events.
6. The Selectmen, or their appointed
representative, will have the sole authority to
determine if a proposed Agritourism Event meets
the definition of Agritourism as defined in RSA
21:34-a VI.
