PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN OF BROOKFIELD – PLANNING BOARD
At the April 9, 2007 Planning Board meeting the board voted to
correct the number of preliminary layouts requested from the applicant
to read four (4) not fourteen (14). This was a typographical error. The
correction was made to Subdivision Regulations: Article IV, Section C -
3. Number 3 now reads: "Four (4) copies of the preliminary layout
(including three 11 x 17 copies of the layout) in accordance with
Article V; and".
