2. Roll Call: Members, Alternates. Appointment of alternates.
3. Kathy Menici, Planner. Introduction to board, consideration of Ms.
Menici processing major subdivision applications at applicants direct
expense. Additionally, questions re East Lakes Housing project (elderly
housing?).
4. Minutes of May 14, June 11, and June 27, 2007 review and approval.
5. Zoning Ordinance minimum lot size: a) clarification on buildable
area definition, b) August public hearing schedule?
6. Public Comments
7. Site visit Welton subdivision conducted June 29, 2007, minutes to
be incorporated.
8. Subdivision regulations amendments, final proposed draft? public
hearings calendar?
9. Administrative matters: a) budget, b) correspondence/contact, c)
filing d) amendments to rules and procedures
11. Any other business that may come before the Board.
12. Adjournment
Notice of public hearings may be published in either the Granite
State News or Fosters Daily Democrat. Public Notices shall be posted on
the bulletin boards located at Stoneham Corners and the Town Office
