RE: Subdivision Application
Town of Brookfield
A subdivision application will be submitted to the Brookfield
Planning Board at the Brookfield Town Office Building, Route 109.
Brookfield, NH at 7pm on April 23, 2007 by Marsha Hunter and Debra
Belknap MacMahon for subdivision approval of property located on Lyford
Road, Tax Map 19, Lot 10, for purpose of subdividing one lot to create
two lots (one 10 acre lot and one 136 acre lot).
If the submission is deemed complete, a Public Hearing on the
application will be held following the determination of completeness,
with possible approval, conditional approval or disapproval of the
subdivision application.
Persons interested in this application may attend the meeting in
person or by counsel and if affected by the petition, may state the
reason why the petition should or should not be granted. If you have any
